Oil-free air is used in air-to-end quality products and processes critical to all walks of life. Applications include food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical processing, fermentation, wastewater treatment, pneumatic conveying, non-woven textile manufacturing. In these harsh environments, even if the oil content again negligible pollution arising therefrom are sufficient to result in cut-off and product obsolescence, loss of reputation for the enterprise.
In the past 60 years, Atlas Copco has been leading the development of oil-free air technology, we produced a series of 100% pure oil-free air compressors and air blowers. After continuous research and development, Atlas Copco became the first successfully passed the ISO 8573-1: 2010 Class 0 certification and establish standards for the purity of the air compressor manufacturer.
As a commitment to meet the most demanding production requirements of the industry leader, Atlas Copco apply to the TUV Institute world-famous for its oil-free compressors and blowers product performance testing. Using the most stringent test methods at a range of temperature and pressure conditions for all possible oil forms were detected: TUV found no traces of oil in the outlet stream. Therefore, Atlas Copco as the first company to receive ISO 8573-1: 2010 Class 0 certification specifications of compressor and blower manufacturer. The current ISO 8573-1: 2010 level (the five main classes and the associated maximum total oil content).
